Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed items.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved in the following situations:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product missing from the order

  • Order cancelled by Kaleva Foods


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events

  • Minor variations in product appearance or packaging


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
